DC Council Emergency Legislation on BRPAA Appeals
DC Council prepares to vote on legislation on July 31st that will impact the BRPAA process for property owners. This legislation will authorize the DC Office of Tax and Revenue to appeal BRPAA decisions to Superior Court.
